How It Works
We have developed a five step process as follows:
Step 1: Initial screening
Organisations are introduced to the incubator and initial meetings are held with respective team members to discuss the potential of working together. An organisation can be of any size and at any stage of its development, from start up onwards.
Step 2: Business healthcheck
Cavalry Park undertakes a review of the organisation to assess where it can assist. This review is confidential, free and is without obligation to either party. The assessment is reviewed by the Board of the Incubator and the results passed on to the organisation.
Step 3: Terms of engagement
If both parties feel that working together will help in the development of the organisation, an agreement of the services to be provided is reached. The agreement will also set out the initial period of time the organisation will be part of the incubator and the costs involved. A flexible approach is adopted to meet the needs of the organisation.
Step 4: Service delivery
The services are delivered in accordance with the agreement reached above. Our aim is to work with an organisation to meet its goals.
Step 5: Review and update
Things do not always work in the manner they were first envisaged. In addition, circumstances change over time. We therefore carry out regular quarterly formal reviews to ensure that the most appropriate solutions are being provided to meet the current needs of the organisation.
