All business and personal banking can be done quickly with just one telephone call. Contacting the bank at a time which suits you, helps cashflow to be managed more efficiently, maximising any surplus funds. Plus the comprehensive security measures ensure that all transactions are kept entirely confidential.

The service is free to join There are no monthly charges You have the choice of speaking to a Direct Banking for Business Adviser or using the keypad on your telephone. Levels of access
There are two access levels and you can choose to nominate employees to have access to the business accounts, as well as yourself. This frees you to focus on the performance and day to day operation of the business. Here are the access levels available:
Full transactional access
Allows the user to :
Transfer funds between Royal Bank accounts Pay regular bills - for example gas, electricity and credit cards Link up to personal accounts Set up, amend or cancel standing orders Amend or cancel direct debits Make payments to third parties such as suppliers Report lost or stolen cards, order new ones and request new PINs Order a new cheque book or paying-in book

Allows the user to :
