Mentoring
Running a small to medium sized business can be a very lonely experience. There are few people to turn to that you may want to share the trials and tribulations of creating your dream. An experienced, external set of eyes and ears can be of great assistance.
As part of our core service we provide mentoring support to organisations within the incubator. As always, this is flexible to suit the needs of the individual organisation. It may take the form of regular meetings to discuss a standard agenda, specific issues, or a general summary of the current situation and future plans.
It may also take place at a distance, on-line. Through the use of the latest tried and tested technologies, we provide on-line coaching and support, with many brainstorming and problem solving tools available to both parties to assist in dealing with the issues in question.
