FIRST BASE
Our ‘First Base’ package is designed with the incorporation process in mind. None of the post-incorporation requirements are in place, except the appointment of the new officers. We provide the usual name checking service for proposed names. Once the name option is established our standard Memorandum and Articles of Associaton are provided with a general commerical objects clause and an authorised share capital of £1000. The final package meets the requirements for basic corporate compliance. All post-incorporation statutory matters must be completed on receipt.

FIRST STANDARD
Our ‘First Standard’ package is our medium range kit that provides all the necessary documents for corporate compliance. We provide the usual name checking service for proposed names. Once the name option is established our standard Memorandum and Articles of Associaton are provided with a “general commercial” or specific objects clause and an authorised share capital of your choice. You will be notified by fax or e-mail as soon as we have incorporation details. The final package contains notes for what must be completed by the client on receipt.

FIRST PREMIER
Our ‘First Premier’ package is completely hassle free with all the necessary statutory forms, registers and share certificates completed by ourselves. We provide the usual name checking service for proposed names. Once the name option is established our standard Memorandum and Articles of Associaton are provided with a “general commercial” or specific objects clause and an authorised share capital of your choice. You will be notified by fax or e-mail as soon as we have the incorporation details (usually the same day!). The final package is fully compliant with the Companies Acts. On receipt of the final kit, officers need only sign the forms and certificates indicated, as all other matters will have been completed by our expert staff.
